Service Requirements

Account Creation

- • Only one account per Google account is permitted
- • You must provide accurate and complete information
- • You are responsible for maintaining your account security
Analytics Access
Required: By using our service, you grant us permission to access your Google Analytics data. This access is necessary for generating AI insights and is revocable at any time through your Google account settings.

Payment Terms

- • Payment failures may result in service suspension
Cancellation and Refunds
- • You may cancel your subscription at any time
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- • Free trial cancellations are processed immediately

To the extent permitted by law, PRAGMA AI LTD's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
